Refund policy
Returns:
Please note: All returns must be approved via our email orders@thetieurknot.com. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase. An item can be returned for refund within 3 days of receiving it on the account that it hasn’t been worn or ruined. If an item is returned with scents or other signs of wear, the buyer will be charged.
Store Credit:

The buyer will receive an email gift card with the store credit within 2-6 business days of receipt.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.
Sale items:
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
